The Values in Action process focuses specifically on improving your business performance via six key activities:
- The alignment of internal attitudes, behaviours, communication and leadership styles with your corporate vision, brand and customer service values.
- Streamlining your business process at the people interfaces to reflect the vision and values and to deliver more effectively to the customer.
- The integration of the vision and values with your people management, people development and performance management systems and processes.
- The development of your business leaders to be capable of creating the vision, living the values and achieving high levels of business performance.
- Investing in high levels of interpersonal, customer relationship and communication skills throughout the whole of your organisation.
- A better understanding of how to lead change and manage its impact on individuals, teams and organisational performance.
